All of our service representatives are equipped with the Pestpac mobile app. This allows them to document all valuable information onsite for your review upon completion. These reports include material usage, pest activity, findings, service/inspection locations, time spent onsite, images, scan bar-codes on equipment onsite, services performed, and all site recommendations. You and your team will receive this report via email upon completion of services.

Upon request, we can grant you access to our customer portal. Where you can review all service report history, invoices, recommendations to improve conditions, logbooks for audits, schedule appointments, and many more.

Our service representatives will place bar-codes on select rodent devices to scan while maintaining these devices. The information will upload to your service report for your review to increase accountability of services.
